We are in the heart of everything and no more then a 20 minute drive to any major attraction; 6 min to LACKLAND, 6Mi to SEAWORLD, 15mi to RIVERWALK/ALAMO, 15mi to FIESTA/MED District. 1 hour to Fredericksburg(Wine Country) The space The home was made to feel as comfortable as possible with a large open layout for family gatherings and entertaining. Family can be spread out between kitchen, dining room, and living room and still feel all together. You can enjoy the large dining table with seating for 8 overlooking the cozy living room with plenty of seating and large 55" HD LED SMART TV, U-Verse fiber TV with plenty of channels, WIFI, and a DVD player. There is a BONUS ROOM LOFT upstairs with (1) twin bunk bed(2 mattresses), a game table which includes; foosball, ping pong, pool table and hockey, along with a full size futon couch to sit and relax on or sleep one additional adult guest or 2 smaller guests. The master suite is on the first floor along with a separate soaking tub and shower and large walk in closet. Guest bedrooms and loft area is on second floor as well as a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Our check in process is extremely simple. The house is all automatic entry and you are given a key code to enter home and to disarm security alarm. Backyard Amenities; Large concrete patio that holds a large 6 person table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill with grill tools provided.(You must bring your own charcoal) We are aware families will be staying here and kids may also accompany them so we have made some child proof additions to our home along with some toys and games. All outlets are covered and we provide a pack n play with a set of sheets for your child. **Additional Sleeping Areas** Queen Air Mattress- Sheets provided infant/Toddle Pack N Play -with sheet *INSIDE THE 1604 LOOP* We chose this property for the type of neighborhood and the closeness to the base. 6 Miles to Lackland Air Force base. This helps when you are headed to graduation and traffic lines back up, you can save time. You also get to spend more time with your Airman as you do not have as far of a drive to drop them off. There are sidewalks and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. With this home being as close as it is to the base it will allow to spend extra time with your Airman instead of wasting it in traffic trying to get through the busy city of San Antonio. We are so close to the base you can hear them playing TAPS at night. Guest access We have a two car garage with a double spaced driveway and street parking available . ***POOL RULES & DIRECTIONS*** OPEN 2025 Season Dates of Operation March 8 - March 16 (Open Spring Break, daily) March 22 - April 13 (Saturdays & Sundays only) April 19 - October 19 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim) Hours of Operation, weather permitting*: Wednesday - Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Tuesday - Closed for cleaning *The pool must be closed if there is thunder and/or lightening within the vicinity. *Restrictions may change* Mesa Creek Board of Directors may close any amenity or suspend any user's use of amenities if rules are violated. At the guidance of the government and local authorities, the amenities may also be closed if conditions change regarding the COVID-19 community spread. Other things to note *We understand the importance of HEALTH and keeping your family safe. We own a Commercial Hygiene Company as well as a Commercial and Residential Cleaning Company and have been practicing proper hygiene well before this pandemic occurred and pride ourselves on our exceptional cleanliness as you can see from our numerous 5 STAR REVIEWS. What we are doing to ensure we are following proper CDC Guidelines; - All EPA Certified HOSPITAL GRADE DISINFECTANTS/Cleaners - Thorough cleaning of all high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door knobs, toilets, sink/faucet, tables, countertops, desks, and etc. - Our Cleaning Staff will be covered with PPE; masks, Gloves, and booties. - We have extended our times between check out and check in to ensure our cleaners have the maximum amount of time needed to ensure every surface of our home is properly wiped and sanitized. And as always all linens, blankets, and towels will be thoroughly washed BUT we will give you the option of bringing your own if preferred. ***COVID 19 POOL RULES & DIRECTIONS*** We are thrilled to announce that we will be able to open the pools on June 24, 2020, with restricted capacity, based on the current orders from the governor. The pool schedule will stay in effect with no changes: Open Wednesday - Monday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Closed Tuesdays for cleaning - By entering the facility, you assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19, including severe illness or death. - To comply with capacity restrictions, pools will be strictly limited to 75% of maximum capacity. - 75% of pool occupancy is 93-person limit. - To allow for the maximum number of people to access to the pool, residents are encouraged to limit their time to 90 minutes per day, through the honor system. - Please follow all guidelines listed in the governor's checklists and the posted signs. - Residents and guests must provide their own wipes and other personal protective supplies. - Residents and guests are expected to wipe all surfaces (toilets, pool furniture, gate handles, door handles, etc.) before and after each use. Discard any wipes in the trash bins. Do not flush wipes. - No furniture provided at this time. Residents must bring their own. - All other pool rules remain in effect as posted in the pool area. - Reservations will not be accepted for any amenities at this time. Mesa Creek Board of Directors may close any amenity or suspend any user's use of amenities if the above rules are violated. At the guidance of the government and local authorities, the amenities may also be closed if conditions change regarding the COVID-19 community spread. We will continue to rely on the advice of experts in dealing with the outbreak of COVID-19 and will continue to take precautionary measures as recommended. ATTRACTIONS; -8 miles to SeaWorld and Six Flags Fiesta -5 minutes from some of the best shopping areas in San Antonio -1 hour from WINE COUNTRY -20 Minutes from RIVERWALK/Downtown San Antonio & The Allamo. -Quick hop on to major highway 1604 that will take you almost anywhere in San Antonio within 25 minutes. -Right outside Lackland Air-force Base -Plenty of hiking and exercise trails -USE OF OUR LARGE COMMUNITY POOL with Adult and baby swim area as well as a large covered playground and basketball courts.
