Pine Grove Hideaway is a hidden gem at over 1,900SF located on a cul-de-sac in the Ockenden Ranch community. It's a short drive to town, the lake and China Peak. As new owners we have updated the cabin with fresh linens, comfortable beds, new kitchen essentials and more. Enjoy a cozy movie night in our main living room, sip your coffee on the front or back deck surrounded by pine trees. The perfect family friendly cabin for all seasons. Our cabin is the perfect mix of convenient with the feeling of being remote. We have a great kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, new pots & pans, crock pot and many other kitchen essentials. Wifi and Smart TV in the living room (you can log in to all of your own channels)! We also have a large bonus room perfect for kids of all ages featuring toys, games, TV with DVDs and a foosball table. If you have little ones we do have a pack-n-play, crib sheets and a high chair. The back deck is perfect for a Spring/Summer BBQ or a relaxing evening under the stars. The front deck is gated off which is great for younger little ones. Bring your bikes and scooters to enjoy the neighborhood or your hiking boots to take a stroll on the nature trail at the end of the street steps from the house. Room 1: MASTER bedroom featuring a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. **Note that the Master bedroom connects to the Game/Bonus room with sliding glass doors. These can be shut and locked for privacy or kept open if you have little ones sleeping in the game room and would rather keep the doorway open. Great for families! Room 2: Queen size bed and large walk in closet. Room 3: Bunk Beds (1) Twin over Full and (1) Twin over Twin Bonus Room: Opens with french doors to the Living room and Sliding Glass doors to the outside deck as well as sliding glass doors to the Master Bedroom. All can be shut and locked with curtains for privacy and sleeping. Bonus room features two couches that pull out to comfortable queen size beds. It also has it's own TV and DVD player. It is the perfect kids hang out! **Sorry we do not currently allow pets** **No AC but fans in each room** Guest access Guest have access to the large two car garage. The driveway has room for two additional cars, a boat or ATV's.
