Ideal for not being disturbed at night by the festivities during the summer period, while being a 5-7 min walk from amenities (bakery, pharmacy, food stores). Guests can enjoy a green area while watching their children in the small private pool. If the cleaning fee is no longer counted, it is still done after each stay. It is independent and fenced from the rest of the villa for comfort and privacy. Access to PRMs has been provided with an inclined plane and handles in the accommodation. 1 secure parking space is available in the garden. Other things to note Electric vehicle drivers will have the opportunity to charge their electric vehicle thanks to a 16A "green'up" socket + 32A P17 socket (blue) with separate electricity meter. No T2 type socket yet (cables not included). In the event of vehicle recharging, an additional cost of €0.28 per kWh will be applied, to be paid on-site at the end of the stay.
