The 18th century Berry house, renovated in 2022 "21st century style", is bathed in a bright green setting bordered by the Moulin Neuf and the INDRE. With a 2nd service entrance in the basement on the garden side, the accommodation also has a beautiful "storage & laundry" space (sink + dryer, ironing kit/2nd refrigerator-freezer).
