Formerly an outbuilding of the mill, the 18th century Berry house, refurbished in the "21st century style", is bathed in a luminous green setting bordered by the millstream and the INDRE. Heated all year round with electricity and in autumn-winter with wood, the house, with an area of 70 m2, extends over 3 levels. • ground floor: with main entrance leading to the LIVING ROOM around the panoramic wood-burning stove – the equipped kitchen opens onto the living room (dining area + relaxation area) • mezzanine: with bedroom 1 (1 double bed) & bedroom 2 (2 adult beds) • the floor: with the "Reading, Hi-Fi & TV" lounge area (sofa bed, poufs) and the bathroom (toilet, sink, multi-jet shower cabin, washing machine). With a 2nd service entrance in the basement on the garden side, the accommodation also has a beautiful "storage & laundry" space (sink + dryer, ironing kit/2nd refrigerator-freezer). The house opens directly onto its outdoor amenities: the private parking lot and the spacious bucolic garden with "barbecue & picnic table under umbrella" corner, "relaxing sunbathing" terrace & shaded "outdoor lounge" terrace.
