Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in, a $1500 smoking fee, and liability for any fire, smoke or property damage costs. • No heavy drinking is allowed. • This is NOT a party house. If you’re looking for a place to play loud music and party, this is not the right house for you. This is a house to relax in and enjoy nature, and the neighbors like having a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. • Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. • As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Guest will be responsible for San Bernardino County Enforcement fines and revenue loss from violations. • Please respect the maximum guest policy. Children are counted as guests. Security cameras are installed on the OUTSIDE ONLY and record video and audio for security and enforcement purposes only. By accepting this booking you agree to this recording. Please DO NOT bring your own bedding and pillows. We have plenty of clean bedding and extra blankets at the home. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
