Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch while overlooking the canal at this spacious first floor condo! Relax with the family in the cute coastally decorated home with an extended living/dining area that wraps into the kitchen. Outside let the kids take advantage of the large pool, designated boat slip, or sit under the pergola and fish from the dock. Centrally located on the island, you're only a few minutes from any of the beaches and all of the great restaurants the island life has to offer. The space Don't forget to bring your boat! This unit has a designated boat slip with a lift. Trailers are NOT permitted in the parking lot but you may park them on the street. You will find two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and a private balcony. The kitchen has dishes, we provide towels in the bathrooms, but not beach towels. This unit is on the first floor, but there are a few steps leading to the front porch. The pool is shared with the complex. Trailers are NOT allowed to park in the parking lot at the complex. Grills are not permitted per HOA Animals are NOT ALLOWED. Guest access Guess will have the entire home for personal use. Pool will be accessible with pool key. There is a very spacious dock space available for fishing and relaxing! This condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom area has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bed and twin top bed. There is one bathroom, a washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, and a private porch overlooking the canal. There is a boat slip also! This is a single story home, but please note there are a few stairs leading to the porch (see pictures to determine if this will meet your needs). There is NO garage access. Grills are not allowed at this complex. Animals are NOT allowed Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee.
