We are pleased to welcome you to Rozel Bay, a superb new and bright 122 m² wooden house located in a green setting 2 km from the beach of Gouville-sur-Mer, famous for its colorful cabins. You will see the sun set in the sea between the Senequet Lighthouse and Jersey Island on the horizon. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for 6 people. Its large bay windows open onto the furnished terrace and give access to the large enclosed garden. The space The house is on one level; it includes a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop) with a central island overlooking the living room and lounge. Two bay windows make the house very bright and give access to the terrace (with garden furniture and parasol) and the wooded and enclosed garden. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and heated towel rail; this room has direct access to the terrace and garden. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. Bedroom 3 includes 2 beds of 90 x 200. A crib and accessories (high chair, etc.) will be provided upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, heated towel rail and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin. A washing machine and dryer are available in the cellar adjoining the kitchen. Guest access In the enclosed garden you will find a Weber barbecue and a shelter in the colors of the beach huts where you can store your bikes; the garden overlooks a field where nice Ouessant sheep graze. Ample parking is available in front of the house. You can also park your car behind the lockable gate. Other things to note There are many activities for young and old in Gouville-sur-Mer: swimming, walks on the coastal trails, angling or walking during high tides, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing (famous spot of Anneville-sur-Mer 5 km away and mythical spot of Siouville 65 km away), sand yachting, horseback riding (1 equestrian center in Gouville, 1 in Agon-Coutainville) for horseback rides on the beach, golf (in Agon-Coutainville), seafood tasting and visit to oyster parks, beach bars and restaurants... Agon-Coutainville: famous seaside resort is 7 km away Coutances: with its cathedral and its "Jazz sous les pommiers" festival (in May) is 13 km away The landing beaches are 50 km away (Utah Beach and Sainte-Mère Eglise) and about 70 km away (Omaha Beach and Colleville-sur-Mer American Cemetery).
