L'écrin de Sohan is a charming Périgord house for 12 people, 15 minutes from Sarlat. Located in the small village of St Cybranet, you can enjoy its wooded park and private heated above-ground swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-October). The house is about 10 minutes from all the historical and classified sites to visit: Castelnaud and Château des Milandes, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac and the Bastide de Domme. The space You will have all the comfort and relaxation with the landscaped areas, heated above-ground swimming pool from mid-April to mid-October, petanque court and gym!! But also foosball, ping pong table. The entrance to the house overlooks the fully equipped kitchen and its dining area. Upstairs, a living room with two sofas and a TV area. The house has 5 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, TV area, bathroom with corner bathtub and toilet. - Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the same floor: bedroom 2 has a 160 bed, bedroom 3 a 140 bed and bedroom 4 a 90 bed and a bunk bed with a 90 bed on the top part and possibility of an additional 140 bed on the bottom part. In the hallway a bathroom with massaging jet shower and a toilet. - On the other side of the living room upstairs, the 5th attic bedroom sleeps 140 and its bathroom with shower with massage jets and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are an additional option. Motorhomes or vans are prohibited from parking in the parking lot of the house. A security deposit check of €2,000 will be requested on the day of your arrival.
