Recent renovations, charming beach decor, and the sound of the waves makes our condo uniquely beautiful. We have a breath-taking ocean view from our balcony with Adirondack high-top chairs. There are 2 full beds, 1 queen, and 1 king. The unit is perfect for families of 6. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. PLEASE REFER TO HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. **Special rates for snowbirds!** The space Sun & Sand Oceanview Condo is located directly next to Bright & Breezy Oceanview Condo, making it an excellent option for multiple families or groups traveling together. Both 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath units offer plenty of space, stunning ocean views, and easy beach access, allowing everyone to stay close while enjoying their own private retreat. -Flats screens in all bedrooms and living area -2 full beds -1 queen bed -1 king bed -Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available in the entry room closet KEY NOTES: - Our condo is on the third floor in a three-floor building. We have a corner unit - We provide two parking passes for our building (under the building). In the summer it can be busy, and often cars must park behind other cars. The system works well as long as everyone keeps their pass visible in their car! - NO ELEVATOR - please make sure you are comfortable with climbing stairs prior to booking our condo for your vacation - NO SWIMMING POOL - BUT, a wonderful and beautiful beach is a few foot steps away from the unit -Please be advised pest control comes to spray non-toxic repellant required by our property management company the 2nd Tuesday of every month - CLEANING FEE - in addition to standard clean, includes fresh towels & linens, made beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels
