The space The apartment has two lovingly furnished bedrooms with double beds, a large living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The covered balcony invites you to have breakfast and linger and is accessible via the living/dining area and the large bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Towels are available for you. The toilet is separate. The apartment has Wi-Fi. On request, a garage in the house can be rented. The key is handed over in person or via a key safe. The location of the apartment invites you to various leisure activities. An excursion to Hohenzollern Castle, numerous eaves of the Swabian Alps, an outdoor swimming pool, Kneipp facility, numerous cycle paths, Alpine and water lily garden, Berolino and the beautiful city of Balingen with numerous cultural events and refreshment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop directly opposite the house. Shopping, pharmacy and medical center are within a few minutes' walk. An inn with beer garden is very close.
