The space This property is NOT NEW but has been managed under Evolve for 3 years with a 4.86-star rating and over 75 reviews. It is currently under new management, using a more personalized approach. Stephen is the host but has handed the management portion to Super-Host Tina, who has been managing short-term rentals for over 5 years with a 4.96 star rating and over 100 reviews, click on her photo and you can see her rating at other properties. You are in excellent hands with Tina. The home, an early 19th-century style rowhouse with the classic style double entry, has been updated to a modern look. This unit is upstairs with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, eat-in bar, living room w/large smart TV., large screened porch with chairs, and a covered deck with comfortable sitting area. The patio has a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. Parking is on the street, and there is a spot in the alley just behind the property; don't forget to lock your car. You will be given entry instructions, code, and address a few days before your stay unless you request the information ahead of time.
