We have lovingly furnished the entire first floor of our house for our guests. The spacious apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with terrace and a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine). The property is located next to the famous pavilion of Wasserlos Castle. Vineyards, beautiful small lakes and hiking paradises are distributed in the area - the sidewalk right next to our house leads to the vineyard and to the Spessart Nature Park! Vineyards, beautiful small lakes and hiking paradises are spread out in the area - the paths to the vineyard and Spessart Nature Park are right behind the house! A few hundred meters away you will find wine bars and restaurants. A City-Bus stop is only 150 meters away. A relaxing stay awaits you with us. Guest access The entire first floor of the house with a terrace Other things to note - Wine culture in Alzenau Wines from the Alzenau districts of Hörstein, Wasserlos and Michelbach, among others in the Bocksbeutel bottle typical of Franconia, have already won many awards and are popular with wine connoisseurs at home and abroad. The steep slopes and the mild climate allow the vines of the Müller-Thurgau and Riesling varieties to thrive in particular, while Bacchus, Kerner and Burgundy are also grown. - European Cultural Routes There are three European Cultural Routes of the Archaeological Spessart Project (ASP) in the Alzenau city area. - Limes cycle path nearby The almost 50-kilometer-long regional park Limes route runs along the Limes, which has been made visible again, between the two Limes information centers in Großkrotzenburg and Echzell, where visitors can follow in the footsteps of the Romans. In the old town of Großkrotzenburg you can visit the remains of the Roman fort. - City in the countryside The urban area is located in the Spessart Nature Park. With around 2600 ha of forest and 85 ha of vineyards. An important scenic element in Alzenau is the large number of orchards.
