This level opens to large covered deck. Upstairs is a charming open loft with twin beds. Downstairs is a walkout basement with a family room, bedroom, bath, kitchenette. The space Guests can explore the fenced and heavily wooded property. Due to dry conditions and high winds in Colorado, there are no open fires allowed on property. There are two separate living areas, one on each level. Yard games are stored in mudroom porch on ground level. Plenty of trees to hang your pocket hammock! Guest access Our location is just 30 minutes west of Colorado Springs. Access is from public roads but AWD/4WD is required in winter. Check in is after 3pm. Check out is by 10am. A guidebook is provided including descriptions of area attractions. Other things to note When you arrive, go up white deck stairs on your left. Cabin entrance is a key pad on upper deck door. The code and address will be sent to you the day before your arrival. It is quite dark in the mountains so highly recommend arrival before dark (the night sky, stars are breathtaking!) . There is an automatic sentry light over the driveway and a motion light on the deck. The first light switch when you enter is on the kitchen wall by stairwell.
