Relax, enjoy, and work from home at this unique and tranquil home, located deep in the Noble woods. Built by hand, and minutes walk from a creek and a small yoga studio in the woods. A 30 min drive from Norman; & 45 min from OKC. Three bedrooms (two upstairs & one downstairs); with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a desk in the downstairs bedroom for working remote, and fiber WiFi. Enjoy the nature around, with the forest & deer. NOTE: 4x4 or AWD is a must for the dirt road. The space This house is country living... with all of the deer, birds and bugs that come with the country. Please note, in the country there are snakes, ticks, spiders, and scorpions. That being said, the house is very secluded and behind a private, gated, rough dirt road. AWD or 4x4 is recommended for rainy days. The house is hand made, and 50 years old. The interior walls are lined with plywood and the upstairs catwalk is made of two telephone poles. It's very warm, rustic, and a one of a kind home. It's in the middle of 9 acres of virgin forest. If you want to get away, this is the place for you. It’s not the most kid safe home, but can be great if they love the forest. Just use bug repellent, especially on your shoes and trousers when going through tall grass or forest and check for ticks. The water is very good water from our well. It has been fully tested for bacteria, viruses, parasites and heavy metals. It's really good water and tastes very much like good bottled spring water. Out near the house, only ATT cell reception reaches but you have full access for calls if your phone works with Wifi Calling. This is available on iPhone and Android with most carriers. The living room is very basic, but has a new 50 inch 4k TV with complimentary Netflix 4k and fiber internet. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We are located in Noble, OK, but our house is on the eastern edge, south east from Lake Thunderbird. ** A high clearance 4X4 or AWD is needed, especially in the winter and spring months. The house is located towards the end of a 1 mile long, dirt road that can get rough, or muddy, especially after a good rain. In the summer, you can expect ticks, snakes and deer, it’s definitely country living. But we’re happy to help with any advice.
