Note that we do not offer daily turndown service or mid-stay laundering, but self-service laundry is available at anytime free of charge. Cooperstown is a rural, small, upper-midwest town. There's bars, a handful of restaurants, a Dollar General and grocery store - all within walking distance. Some of the nation's best hunting is close by as is the Luverne Wind Farm and the Cooperstown Medical Center and Griggs County Care Center. There is no public transportation available in Cooperstown, but there are some private transportation options. While it is possible to stay here without a car as essential services are within reasonable walking distance, a car is close to essential with staying in Cooperstown.
