The southwest-facing villa is built on a triple-lot (instead of the usual double-lot) plot and therefore offers 50% more space than usual. The total living space is 408 sqm (4400 sf) and 120 sqm (1283 sf) in addition to the lanai and pool area. Here you will find an extra spacious outdoor area with a panoramic screen, a pool over 14 meters long with beach entry and a jacuzzi and an outdoor summer kitchen of the professional class. Guest access The whole villa is available. The boat lift is not available, but there is an approx. 25-meter-long jetty where large boats can also moor. This is easier for many captains than threading into the boat lift.
