A short 30 minute drive to Wasaga Beach Beach world’s longest freshwater beach, nearby world-class golfing, skiing and biking. Spend the day at Blue Mountain Ski hills or take a drive through the country! NO LOUD OUTDOOR MUSIC!! VISITING THE PROPERTY BEFORE YOUR STAY: It's very important that my guests visit our home to make sure they are happy with the state and standards of the property and the amenities we have, in order for the guests to have a complete picture and feel for the property. Our home is brand new and very clean, it's perfect and comfortable. By appointment only WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL BOOKINGS, IF WE FEEL THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR BREACH OF THE HOUSE RULES, VIOLENCE, DISTURBANCE TO THE NEIGHBOURS, UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS. SWIMMING POOL: Note: Swimming Pool is seasonal and only open during summer months. Pool is heated FOR EXTRA FEE ,! it will never feel warm or hot in any season, however we have a hot tub for your enjoyment too. Pool is closed for winter “Swimming pool will be closed for winter”from late October and reopened early May, weather permitting” Pool temperature is set to automatic ambient temperature and since it’s a huge outdoor pool Water temperature may still feel cold We have a hot tub for your convenience and enjoyment. Every effort will be made to make sure swimming pool is clean, however this is an outdoor poor surrounded by trees and during windy days leaves, grass cuttings, and during rainy days earth worms frogs insects can fall in to the pool, a skimmer is provide for the guests to skim n clean the pool if needed prior to use. HOT TUB: Guest are asked to use caution while using the hot tub kinds should not be allowed to use the hot tub alone without supervision. Hot tube can develop technical issues without warning, and may not work on your arrival, however every effort will be made to fix the issue Brand new hot tub is installed. FIRE PIT: All outdoor fire must adhere to township fire bylaws and fire ban set by the township of Essa ! Bring your own firewood Fire is only permitted in designated area. CLEANING: Cleaning fee paid by guests is for normal cleaning and laundry, Any guests who leave the property in an unacceptable state or leave trash behind may be asked to pay additional cleaning fee of up to $500.00 Guests are required to tidy , clean up the kitchen n wash dishes before checking out. dishwasher is provided. PETS DOGS, We strongly recommend our guest to keep their dog in the screened in porch or Maskoka room, as our future guest might be allergic to dog hair, extra cleaning fee will apply if a pets is allowed inside the house or on furniture,$100. Apply for dog best option is to house the Dog in a pet hotel during your stay. CONFETTI: Guests are asked Not to use confetti outdoors and if they do they are asked to clean up SMOKING: No smoking inside the house, smoking outside only, Please discard your cigarette butts in a trash bin or use an ashtray. ATTENDING /VISITING GUESTS: Everyone attending the property must be included in the booking NO VISITORS If a guests lies about the actual number of people staying or visiting the property their stay will be terminated and they will be asked to leave. BBQ! charcoal bbq must only be used on the grass area, do not bring charcoal bbq on the wooden patio, risk of fire and damage to patio is the main reason It has been impossible to maintain a clean propane bbq As non of the guests clean up the bbq after use and we do not have enough time to clean and sanitize the house between bookings and clean up the bbq. i suggest to bring your own bbq DRIVING AND PARKING: Guests must only drive and park on the driveway and the parking space. absolutely NO driving on the lawns or grass area. guests will be responsible for any damage to lawn will be billed for up to $5000.00 for landscaping and repairs. parking on driveway only. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. we have an outdoor power outlet, guests can use to charge their electric cars, Nightly fee of $25 will apply.
