The main level is a spacious open floor plan with updated kitchen and half bath . Downstairs is its own mini apartment with two entrances , laundry , sink , bar , mini fridge and Tv. Guest access Everything except the garage and owners closets. . Guests can use the swim platform however not to dock a boat . Other things to note The garage and slip are not for guest use. We have active cameras on all exterior access points .The home does not allow pets however the owners labs do visit numerous times throughout the year in case of pet allergies .This is NOT a party house - please read all rules before booking .
