We feature three full floors , the upstairs area has 3 full bedrooms and two full baths with an open studio space with a futon pull out . The main level is a spacious open floor plan with updated kitchen and half bath . Downstairs is its own mini apartment with Two entrances , laundry , sink , bar , mini fridge and Tv. Everything except the garage and owners closets. . Guests can use the swim platform however not to dock a boat . We live in the neighborhood but let you enjoy your space - available anytime by phone or text message . Eastport is the Maritime section of Annapolis. Walking distance to go many of of towns 5 star restaurants , bakeries , coffee shops, The Maritime Museum and J World sailing school . Public busses, uber and the water taxi The garage and slip are not for guest use. We have active cameras on all exterior access points .The home does not allow pets however the owners labs do visit numerous times throughout the year in case of pet allergies .This is NOT a party house - please read all rules before booking .
