Found at the end of a no-through road, Dryburgh Farmhouse enjoys a wonderful location: the River Tweed is but a salmon’s leap away, while ruined Dryburgh Abbey is within a few minutes’ walk. That convenience is matched by splendid versatility, both in terms of sleeping arrangements and the many shared social spaces. A pretty red-sandstone property and large, lawned south-facing garden, this old farmhouse includes two spacious lounges, each well stocked with deep sofas and warmed by log-burners. The property sits adjacent to the Dryburgh Steading properties - marketed as Dryburgh Steading One, Dryburgh Steading Two, Dryburgh Steading Three and Dryburgh Steading Four which sit in the same ownership and are also available as holiday lets. The Dryburgh properties sit directly opposite the River Tweed at the end of a no-through road. PARKING There is ample private parking at the front of the property. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING There are two three-pin 3kW outdoor sockets available for all guests staying in Dryburgh properties to charge electric vehicles, found next to the sheltered communal parking area. Please note that these are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For safety reasons, please only use the dedicated charger for car charging at this property. Please ensure dogs are clean and dry before entering the property and are kept downstairs and off the furniture. GUEST AMENITIES High quality bed linen and luxurious towels are provided for guests along with hand soaps and toiletries. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. Bath robes are supplied. WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE Wi-Fi is available but guests should be aware that speeds can be variable. There is good mobile coverage on most networks and a 4G signal.
