Bus stop at door, sleeps 4 The space This charming house is decorated with original artwork on every wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and there is a lovely sunny brightly painted South facing terrace to enjoy. You will have the entire house to yourself, that includes 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace. There is ample off road parking in front of the house. I will only be present to greet guests if possible . I will be available on my phone at other times. This is one of the most prestigious areas of Belfast yet only minutes from the City Centre. It is on the main arterial bus route which runs outside direct to the centre in a few minutes. A fantastic shopping centre with Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys and many retail shops and cafes is right across the road from the house. Belvoir Park Golf Club is minutes away as is Malone Golf Club and Belvoir Park is also great for beautiful walks. We are less than 10 mins drive from Belfast City Airport. There is a bus stop outside that is on the main arterial route into Belfast. The bus will only take 5 mins. There is plenty of off-road parking at the house. Please note no more than 4 guests can be accommodated at this accommodation at the lower rate advertised. We can accommodate 6 in an additional king sized bedroom / luxury loft conversion (with safe) for an additional £36 (for one or two people). If we do find that extra guests have been allowed access to the house without our permission, your security deposit with be withheld.
