3 bedroom home in cute residential area close to the airport, University of New Mexico, restaurants and hospitals. We are 1 block from a beautiful park and a few steps from a bus that connects to all transportation hubs. Enjoy 3 bedrooms with accommodation for 8, and 2 updated bathrooms. The house has a covered poolside patio with BBQ and a hot tub on the deck overlooking the garden. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Our circular driveway parks up to 3 cars. The space Our garden has a lovely view of the clear Albuquerque skies from the hot tub. BBQ some carnitas and enjoy family time on the patio or the lawn. Enjoy ping pong under the covered patio and make our house a memorable stay-cation while you are in Albuquerque. Guest access We have off street parking for 2 - 3 cars in our circular drive. We are a 15 minute walk from the university, and the shops and restaurants on Central Avenue. Buses run regularly from the bus stop one minute away and connect with other transit hubs in the city. We are a 5 minute drive from the airport. Please note that the house has level changes of one step to access all outdoor areas, and there is a step down to bedroom number one. Other things to note We appreciate it if you wipe the water droplets from the inside glass shower surround after use. Albuquerque's hard water causes calcifications which are difficult to remove from the glass. The jacuzzi and hot tubs are not compatible with bubble bath or epsom salt mixes. Please don’t add these as they may ruin the motors. Our wood floors are slippery when wet so we ask that you towel dry before walking inside. There should be responsible use of the pool and hot tub to avoid accidents. Thank-you.
