The space Hope Cottage is an attractive and delightful stone cottage, nestled in the pretty village of Shipton Gorge in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is bright and airy with a sociable open-plan sitting and dining room with french doors out to a pretty courtyard garden. The kitchen is well-appointed and ideally set up for cooking something special with a gas oven and induction hob, and plenty of counter space. The ground floor also has a stunning family bathroom with a contemporary free-standing bath and separate shower enclosure, and there is a second shower room on the first floor. The trio of bright bedrooms includes a spacious king-size bedroom, a pretty double bedroom and a generous single bedroom with a double sized bedstead. The courtyard garden is a lovely spot in which to relax and listen to the birds whilst enjoying your morning coffee, and is the ideal space for enjoying alfresco dining during your break. With popular Hive Beach and its famous beach cafe just a 6 minute car drive away, and West Bay and Bridport also close by, there are plenty of opportunities for dining out; and the village pub, The New Inn, is just steps away. Being so close to the Jurassic Coast, there is ample opportunity for excellent coastal walks and seaside activities, and the glorious countryside around the village invites you to explore the numerous footpaths and byways.
