Located 3.5km from the vibrant city center, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and easy access to all the attractions. The space Our apartment includes two bedrooms, with the option to add an extra bed in the larger room upon request at the time of booking in case of 5 (4+1) guests. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all amenities for your convenience. Relax in the cozy living room, featuring a large corner couch with views overlooking the pool. Additionally, a storage room near the kitchen doubles as a laundry room for added convenience. Outside, you'll find ample seating areas, including spots by the pool and near the fireplace, offering over 5 places to sit and unwind. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire garden showcased in the photos, as well as the pool, both available for private use at any time of the day. Other things to note • Note that the apartment is situated on the ground floor of a villa, where me and my parents live (on the opposite side of the building). You will have a complete private entrance and a reserved parking space 24/7. Garden and pool for your private use only. • Note that there will be garden and pool maintenance in some instances of your stay to ensure everything is in perfect condition for your enjoyment. -----5 Guests Policy!----- • The apartmentent is initially set up to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It must be clear that booking the apartment for 5 guests means that you understand and agree with the statements below: • In case of bookings with 5 guests there will be a single bed to accommodate the 5th guest. This extra single bed will be placed inside the bigger room (white bedroom in the photos) together with the other double bed (next to it) that exists there normally, so that means there will be no privacy between people sleeping in that one room. • A fifth chair will be added in the dinning area before your arrival.
