Leave the busy roads over the bridges onto to Anglesey, set off along quieter roads which eventually turn into country lanes before taking the track down to Cwter Hywel, it's like leaving the world behind! The house sits in almost an acre of grounds, with a large lawned garden and outside dining area facing the fantastic views of the Snowdonia mountains. Along one side is a range of rustic outbuildings, one of which contains a darts room and sitting area. Inside the house, you'll find a utility area leading with washing machine and tumble dryer leading through to the modern kitchen/dining room and the fresh shower room. Beyond this there is the traditional parlour which opens up to the conservatory with magnificent views of the gardens and mountains. Beyond is the cosy sitting room with sofa's, TV and a woodburning stove in a stone fireplace. Through a doorway in the 3 foot thick stone walls you'll find the double bedroom and a bunk room. There is also a crogloft bedroom with twin beds up the steep ladder steps to the roof space.
