This is a stone three-storey renovated house, of 1789, built with the traditional unique architecture of Pelion. It is located in the mountainous village of Trikeri in South Pelion and is ideal for couples, families with children and for anyone who wants relaxation, quiet and alternative holidays. The space The stone house is recently renovated in full accordance with its past and history, with which the guest can harmonize through the old objects and the general decoration. It has three bedrooms, a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a WC. On the ground floor of the house there is an open bedroom, the small living room, the kitchen, a TV, the bathroom and an air conditioner. From this place, one can gain access to the cellar, where one can find old objects used by the inhabitants of the village, in the past decades. The first floor, which is accessible only via an external staircase, has two bedrooms and a small WC. One bedroom has a semi-double bed and offers unlimited views of the Pagasetic Gulf and partial views of the village of Trikeri. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, TV and air conditioning, while the view of the village is unique. The top floor, which has not been renovated, is a true reflection of the life of the inhabitants in previous decades with old objects and thus transports the visitor to another era. The spacious outdoor area offers panoramic views of the sea (Pagasetic Gulf) and the village of Trikeri. On the elevated balcony you can have your morning coffee or an evening drink and enjoy idyllic sunsets. Since Oct. 2018 for tax purposes and in accordance with Greek law, the name and Tax Identification number (ΑΦΜ) for Greek citizens are required at the time of booking or upon arrival. For citizens of other countries the name, the passport number and nationality are required. The house is not reachable by car because the center of the village has small and traditional cobbled streets.
