Cozy apartment of about 40 square meters, completely renovated, perfect for 2 people, located on the fourth floor of a 12th century building protected by the Superintendency. The property is located in a central position (Traffic-Restricted Area), a few steps from points of interest such as Piazza dei Cavalieri and Piazza dei Miracoli, with the famous Tower of Pisa. The accommodation is an open space with living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and a bathroom. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE with induction hob, small refrigerator, moka, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, armchair and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning with heat pump, 28-inch TV, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows. ATTENTION: the building has a lift up to the second floor. To reach the apartment on the fourth floor it is necessary to climb two further flights of stairs. ATTENTION: during the summer there may be water pressure problems in the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of loss or tampering of the electronic cards for turning on the lights, a supplementary fee of €100.00 will be charged. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
