Located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Angmering Village. The Old Bakery is a lovely old converted Victorian Bakery situated just off the old High Street . With 2 large bedrooms it is ideal for couples, friends and families alike as the sleeping arrangements are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom which can accommodate 3 beds. Dog friendly with additional £25 per night pet fee. Off street parking for one car. The sunny terrace area to relax. A perfect place to explore West Sussex. The space The Old Bakery is a 2 story newly renovated cottage in the heart of Angmering Village off the old High Street. It is set up for couples, families and sharers. On the first floor The Old Bakery has 2 good sized bed rooms. The master suite boasts a king size bed, built in wardrobe, smart TV, plenty of storage space and an en-suite shower room. The second twin bed room has 2 single beds (with the option of adding a third single bed) and plenty of clothes hanging space and storage. Both have side and also large velux windows which have room darkening blinds. The ground floor has a good sized lounge with ample seating, smart TV, smart home hub (which can be turned off if you prefer) family board / card games and patio doors to a patio area and parking space. There is also a modern separate kitchen with dining area. The kitchen boasts a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and and cooker with electric hob. There is table seating for 4 people. On the ground floor there is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. This spacious cottage covered in 2022 is a bright, spacious place to stay in the heart of the old West Sussex village. Guest access Guests have access to the whole bakery cottage. This is not shared with anyone else. Other things to note There are 2 steps up to the property at the front and 3 steps to the parking space at the rear. There is a stair case to the first floor. For security there are Eufy outdoor cameras camera over looking the parking space and front entrance. Dogs may be permitted on request. We are dog friendly with additional £25 per night pet fee. We welcome well behaved small to medium non shedding dogs. Dogs must not be left un attended in the property.Please contact to discuss bringing your dog.
