Located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Angmering Village. The Old Bakery is a lovely old converted Victorian Bakery situated just off the old High Street . With 2 large bedrooms it is ideal for couples, friends and families alike as the sleeping arrangements are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom which can accommodate 3 beds. Dog friendly with additional £20 per night pet fee. Off street parking for one car. The sunny terrace area to relax. A perfect place to explore West Sussex. The space The Old Bakery is a 2 story newly renovated cottage in the heart of Angmering Village off the old High Street. It is set up for couples, families and sharers. On the first floor The Old Bakery has 2 good sized bed rooms. The master suite boasts a king size bed, built in wardrobe, smart TV, plenty of storage space and an en-suite shower room. The second twin bed room has 2 single beds (with the option of adding a third single bed) and plenty of clothes hanging space and storage. Both have side and also large velux windows which have room darkening blinds. The ground floor has a good sized lounge with ample seating, smart TV, smart home hub (which can be turned off if you prefer) family board / card games and patio doors to a patio area and parking space. There is also a modern separate kitchen with dining area. The kitchen boasts a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and and cooker with electric hob. There is table seating for 4 people. On the ground floor there is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. This spacious cottage covered in 2022 is a bright, spacious place to stay in the heart of the old West Sussex village. Guest access Guests have access to the whole bakery cottage. This is not shared with anyone else. Other things to note The property is not step-free. There are two steps at the front entrance, three steps between the rear parking space and the property, and a staircase leading to the first floor. Children are welcome. A travel cot, IKEA highchair and stair gates can be provided on request. Please request these before arrival so we can have them ready. Guests using the travel cot must bring their own fitted cot sheet and suitable baby bedding or sleeping bag. For security, exterior Eufy cameras monitor the front entrance and rear parking area. There are no cameras inside the property. Pets are not permitted at The Old Bakery. Before arrival, all guests are asked to complete a guest-registration form. This forms part of our booking and insurance requirements and helps us confirm the details of everyone staying.
