The space The home is split level and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note this home is located in a rural location and we have a maximum occupancy of six adults and two children. It is located in a rural location and over-occupancy can overload the system. We reserve the right to verify occupancy if more guests or gatherings are suspected. There is direct access to the Appalachian Trail (AT) via Hay Rock Trailhead minutes from the house. Within a 30 minute drive, enjoy the most photographed locations of the AT, such as McAfee's Knob, Dragon's Tooth, and the Peaks of Otter. The property is easily accessed off I-81 without traveling along narrow country roads. We also own a hobby farm and love to leave some of our farm fresh eggs when we have an excess. Guest access Entire home and property minus the detached garage and barn. We store some of our farm equipment/hay in the detached garage and barn and may need to access it occasionally.
