Sleeps 6-7 This is a whole house rental with a clean two car garage with extra storage and access to the fenced back yard. There are three roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. The master bed is an adjustable king (head and feet) with zero gravity, pre-sets, vibration for zen sleep on a timer, and even lights under the bed to help you find your way to the ensuite with tub and shower. The third room’s bed also adjusts up and down. There is a business desk complete with printer and plug ins for your computer, phone, monitors, watch, etc. There are exercise mats and a few weights and bands for that workout routine. Turn on the huge TV for your work out program. It comes with Google Fiber, Netflix, Disney Channel, Google movies (there is a list of purchased movies or you can buy your own). These are for your use, or log in to your own apps on the Smart TV. We also have an antenna for news, sports, and local channels. There are two full bathrooms. We do have a bidet installed in the hall bath with warm or cold water. The living room and dining room offer a luxurious feel and the back porch is screened with furniture and plants in the warmer weather. There is a great party deck complete with a grill, table and chair set, and an outdoor torch heater. There are out door lights on the patio on the outside wall. A fan and light are inside the screened porch. The kitchen is stocked with spices and oils, coffee maker and coffee/filters, pots and pans, Tupperware type storage bowls. Toaster/air fryer/oven/dehydrator for quick easy meals. (Please use responsibly!! We also have essentials for baking. There is a full size refrigerator and gas stove/oven and dishwasher. The kitchen has a tile floor, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a full size washer dryer in the double doors off the kitchen. In that closet we also provide a hand-vac and a cordless vacuum for the hardwoods and carpet. There is also a Roomba robot vacuum in the office/bedroom. Sit on the front porch on the bistro table or in the Adirondack chairs. Watch the neighbors walk or join them to the many walking areas, restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, pharmacies, breweries, coffee shops, pizza shops, barbecue, local eateries, liquor stores, or grocery stores. So many options in this hotspot of an area. Take a quick drive or an Uber or Lift to Westport, Seville Plaza, Power and Light, Crown Center, Union Station, Crossroads, or some of the best Barbecue in KC!! Breweries and Bars- Servais Brewery, Brew Lab, Martin City Brewery, Transport Brewery (too many to list!) The Bar, The Peanut, Sully’s Pub, Burg and Barrel, so many options. Ask for recommendations!! If you have a car, there is a full 2 car garage. Uber and Lyft also run in the area as well as 10/10 Taxi. Kansas City has scooters and bicycles as well as a rail car trolly, city buses and tons of walking/biking trails. The camera on the back porch can be taken down very easily and stored in the drawer in the kitchen. It is a security camera but can be removed during your stay. We want you to feel comfortable in your environment. Also, we can give you access to the cameras during your stay. Perfect if you leave the dog outside and want to check in on them! Dogs are welcome. Please clean any dog prints from wet weather off the hardwoods to maintain their beauty. Please if they use the furniture, add a blanket or bed for them as the couch and pillows are higher end.
