Bring your friends, your family and don't forget about the nature-loving pooch.🐾 Amenities include Boat Launch and Dock, BBQ Grill, Firepit, relaxing Cabana, top of the line Mesh 6 Wifi, Coffee station with French Press, grinder, Keurig, regular coffee makers, insta-pots, cookers, etc. The rental includes use of the water boats, all Linens and towels. Washer and dryer in the unit as well. Located 20 minutes from Plattsburgh, close to the Canadian boarder (about an hour to Montreal) and 1hr15 to Burlington. Over 200 feet of riverfront and yard to play in, with hammocks, lawn games and fire pit. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms. Sleep 7 in total. a full bathroom List tab on the main floor and the 2nd floor has a Jack and Jill bathroom with a sink and toilet on each side, and a shared shower in the middle. Full kitchen. Dining room with French doors out to the yard. Washer/dryer. And large sitting/game room with large smart TV. Rront sunroom has a foosball table.😎 Other things to note I love bringing my dog with me on vacation, so I’m absolutely pleased to be able to host them for you as well. If your dogs are used to being with you on the couch and beds, please bring your own sheets and comforters to cover the beds and couch. It will save you an additional $100 hair removal fee. It is a simple way to keep the beds and furniture clean of dirt and hair, and save you money. Thanks!
