The space The Sauna: Your private wood-fired sauna sits in your own stone backyard, a few steps from the back door. It seats four comfortably, so everyone staying can go in together. Rinse off between rounds under the outdoor cold-water shower, cool down on the stone patio, and finish the evening at the fire pit. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire first-floor apartment. The backyard area, sauna, and stone patio are also available for guest use during your stay. The upstairs loft is a separate apartment and may occasionally be occupied by other guests. Other things to note - Traveling with more people? The whole farmhouse, both floors plus the sauna, is also available as a separate listing. - The upstairs loft is a separate rental, and sound carries between floors in this old farmhouse. - The local water is mineral-rich and can have a faint sulfur smell at times. It's treated and safe. - Take the driveway slowly, especially in a low car. - The propane stove runs during heating season only.
