The space This beach home is on a quiet, residential tree-lined street, 6 houses from the sand and 2 blocks from the fun and lively 2nd Street. The home is bright and airy, with many windows that let the ocean breeze and sunlight in. Open floorplan with living room, dining, and full kitchen. Living room: Large Thomasville L-shaped sofa with down-covered cushions, 65in flat-screen smart TV with Netflix/Disney/Hulu/ESPN. A separate cozy nook with 2 comfy armchairs for an intimate chat with your bestie. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig Latte coffee maker, large and small pots/pans, utensils, and plates/bowls for 6. Pantry essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and a seasoning carousel are provided for your convenience. Downstairs master suite: King-size bed, dresser, and nightstands, 40 in a flat-screen smart TV. Direct door access to vanity area with make-up table, mirror, and full-size closets and full bath with tub/shower. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. Full bath with rainfall showerhead and shower/tub option. Air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry area: Full-size washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets are included for your convenience. Amenities: Linens and towels and table setting for 6 guests. In addition, we also provide beach towels, beach blankets, chairs and umbrellas, and ice chest for your enjoyment at the beach. Front courtyard: Large L-shape sitting area, dining set and BBQ. Guest access We have a "Smart Lock", which allows guests to access the beach house easily and conveniently via an access code. There is no need to worry about house keys or the risk of losing them. No need to "return the keys" at the end of your stay... simply close and lock the door. Other things to note 1) Parking: Street parking only. It's not hard to find a space close to the house, or within the short block. 2) No pets, parties, smoking, vaping, drugs, etc. This is our beloved vacation home that we are sharing with trusted guests. Please respect our home. 3) Noise- Please also respect our neighbors. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. This is a residential neighborhood, and we need to avoid neighbor's complaints.
