Get ready to enjoy this stylish lakefront home located in a secluded cove on Lake Norman. This picture-perfect, two-story home has beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy privacy and relaxation while having fun and making memories with family and friends at the lake! The space The extra-large covered deck is the favorite spot for all! It provides sun and shade for eating (table seats 10), grilling, games, or relaxing while sitting around the fire table. The wrap-around deck has unobstructed views of the water from every spot. Walk down to the gazebo for games, snacks, drinks and more relaxation. The natural stone fire pit has a built-in bench, making it a sweet spot for hanging out. Take ten steps down to the water to fish, swim, launch kayaks and paddleboards (provided), or hook up your own boat or jet-skis to the floating dock. Be sure to ask us for details if you need a boat rental! Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by gorgeous water views and generous amounts of natural light in the main living area with cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. In this open-concept space you will enjoy: *Extra-long dining table which seats 10 *Family size pullout couch *Arcade game *Fully stocked kitchen with large kitchen island *Extra-large refrigerator and pantry *Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system *Dry bar beverage area with wine/beer fridge and gourmet Keurig coffee maker After a full day of enjoying the outdoors, retreat to the primary bedroom with an attached spa-like bathroom, smart TV and king-size bed. Step upstairs to enjoy another view of the lake from the spacious loft with a smart TV, king-size pullout couch and tons of board games and puzzles. Down the hall, you will find two adorable nautical-themed bedrooms (queen bed, full/twin bunk bed) with large closets and a split bathroom for bathing privacy. Guest access Guests have access to entire property. Other things to note Bring your own boat or jet skis and tie up at the dock. We have two jet ski ports recently added. We can recommend boat rental places on the lake as well. **Lake levels vary throughout the year. Since we are in a cove, the water levels can get very low at the dock. This may result in the inability to float the boat at the dock. Please contact me if you are bringing your own boat or plan to rent a boat during your stay.
