Sanibel 1203 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit. The living area has balcony access and ample seating for entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. There is a cozy king bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen tv and private bathroom. The guest room has a very nice full bed alongside a set of bunk beds and a private bathroom. Plus, there is a bonus half bath in the hallway for additional "getting ready room' for Barbie and Ken's Vacation! This condo is over 1200 square feet with glass windows all the way across the front of the condo that allows stunning views of the beach, sunsets and sunrises. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a king in the primary suite, full size bed and twin bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and then a half bath in the hallway for guests. Guest will have access to the entire property and all property amenities. *Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking pass price is $30 per vehicle per stay. Prices subject to change. There are beaches, Restaurants, Golf Courses, a State Park and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Gulf Shores also hosts the Annual Hangout Music Festival and the National Shrimp Festival. From I-10, in 17.9 miles turn left onto Foley Beach Express. Then, in 9.5 miles turn on to Coastal Gateway Blvd, in 1.7 miles turn on AL-59/ Gulf Shores Pkwy. In 5.1 miles, turn right onto Windmill Ridge Rd. Continue onto W 6th St, then turn right onto W Beach Blvd. In 1.6 miles Sanibel will be on the right!
