Welcome to our spacious two-story home with a private backyard pool! Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main floor includes a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and half bath. Note: There is a separate, private efficiency unit on the property with its own entrance. Located in a great area near parks and tourist spots perfect for families or friends! The space Our beautiful home offers 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable furnishings for you to enjoy. The master bedroom feels like a hotel suite, featuring two queen beds, a private bathroom, and two large walk-in closets. Two additional bedrooms each have a king bed, and the fourth room is set up like a studio, complete with a work area and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. You’ll also find a spacious kitchen for cooking and a laundry room for washing clothes. Please remember to bring your own food and laundry detergent. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, the private backyard with a pool, the living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. Feel free to enjoy all available amenities, including the pool, outdoor seating, and kitchen appliances. Please note that any private areas within the home are marked with a “Do Not Enter” sign, and we kindly ask that you respect these spaces. Additionally, there is a private efficiency attached to the left side of the house with its own entrance. The residents there have a separate, private access and will not interfere with your stay. If you have any questions about the accessible areas, feel free to reach out! Other things to note Please note that the property includes a private efficiency unit with its own completely separate entrance. The tenants in this unit do not have access to the main house, and you won’t have any contact with them during your stay. Both the main house and the efficiency are fully private with individual entrances, ensuring complete separation and privacy for both spaces. For parking, the right side of the driveway is available for up to 2 cars: one can be parked inside the garage and the other in the driveway.
