This is a second story walk up with one bedroom with a king size bed plus a full size sofa sleeper. Includes coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. Walking distance to bars, restaurants,the Saginaw River, Veterans’ Memorial Park, walking & biking trails. A short drive away is the Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum, antique shopping & the Planetarium. Guests have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment with the exception of a locked supply closet. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairway only. There are 24 steps to the second floor. The unit has a wi-fi ring video doorbell that is motion activated outside the apartment door. This camera is accessible to owners through an app and records for insurance purposes for guest safety. There is a king size bed and a full size sofa sleeper. All linens including bedspread are changed and laundered between every guest. There is a kitchen with everything you need to make a variety of meals (blender, crockpot, toaster, cookware, baking ware, coffee pot, French press, microwave, stove, oven, etc) or walk out the front door and go to one of the various restaurants or bars in our entertainment district. We also offer a coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. There is regular and decaf coffee, regular and herbal teas, and hot chocolate along with creamer and flavored syrups.
