The space Our apartment has always been praised for its cleanliness, a standard that we will re-enforce and enhance given the times we are currently living. The unit is NON-smoking, NO pets allowed under any circumstances. The condo has a policy that renters must be over 25 years old. Also provided: bath/beach towels, iron & board, extra covers & pillows, hair dryer, beach chairs and umbrella... Key characteristics of the property: - Direct access to the semi-private beach with lifeguard - 874+ sq. ft. - Non-smoking strictly enforced inside the unit. - Safe deposit box in the closet. Key provided. - Porcelain tile floor throughout the unit. - Heated pool with a lounge area, umbrellas overlooking the ocean and free Wifi. - Modern 24 hr. laundry facility is located on each floor (not inside unit) at a cost per wash/dry. - Free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet & cable TV - Flat-screen T.V. in Living Room and in Master bedroom. - 24-hour front desk concierge. - 24-hour security gated condo. - Fitness center (gym) - Complimentary wifi in lobby and on pool deck - Kayaks paddle boards and jet skis are available to rent at next building (Diplomat Beach resort) - Many restaurants in adjacent hotels within walking distance - Mini Market and Café with delivery service to unit, pool & beach - Business center available with extra fee payable at building - Maximum occupancy: 3 Guest, exceeding the published limit: USD 500 each guest penalty per day ONLY OUR REGISTERED GUESTS (at the receiving office) ARE PERMITTED ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY OR THE APARTMENT. (At the office you will get pool bracelets) In order to be registered we require a copy of your passport or driver's license picture ID, and that of all other guests that will be staying in the apartment with you. This is for security and safety purposes only. We are proud of keeping our condo very, very clean, with comfortable beds, towels, and excellent quality mattress, pillows and linens to make your stay as relaxing as possible. We want you to love our place as much as we do. ***ADDITIONAL FEES UPON ARRIVAL*** Payable at building's office: FOB (electronic entry device for entrance & common areas): USD 30 for every 2 adults (14 and older) charged once, only upon check-in (charged per stay, not per day). ***Parking is optional: USD 100 per week, 2 weeks: $125, 3 weeks: $150, 4 weeks: $175. Also leave USD 20 as a deposit (ONLY CASH) for the tag that opens the barrier. At the end of the stay you return the tag and the deposit will be refunded.*** One parking spot inside or outside the garage per unit. Guests can receive packages while at the building. There will be a fee of USD 7 per package, charged by the administration and payable by the guest. If you need a playpen for a baby please let me know and I will try to supply one at no charge. Other things to note Adults MUST BE at least 25 years old, NO exceptions. When you confirm your booking, due to our condominium association rules, I will ask you for some information, and a copy of a passport or a driver license ID of everyone in your party except minors. NO parties allowed No guests of guests allowed in the building or common areas Quiet hours between 10 PM to 8:00 AM IF EXTRA EXIT CLEANING IS REQUIRED $150 will be discounted from your DEPOSIT. Pool open sun up to sun down. The washer and dryers are operated using a laundry card that is provided to you ($25 fee for loss). The card is rechargeable at the ground floor using a debit/credit card only. Prices are $2.00 per wash or $2.00 per dry.   If you want to take advantage of the beach chair & umbrella service on the beach, the cost is $45 per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella.
