The space 4 bedroom and 3 full baths will accommodate a group of 8 people. 2 bedrooms have oceanfront decks. One of which is a beautiful master suite with a KING bed and private attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Private balcony off a queen room comparable to master. Bunk room for all your kids to enjoy as well as a private sleeper sofa couch in downstairs room with private bathroom for guest! Kitchen has a nice view of the ocean with counter seating and outdoor decks. Laundry in downstairs garage area. Guest access Guest will have access to whole home entirely. They are welcome to use all rooms/bathrooms. Garage offers laundry but outdoor carport area as well as uncovered parking. Other things to note *Pet friendly properties will charge a non-refundable pet fee of $150. * **Home is older without many renovations. *** Beach Nourishment: Some oceanfront areas may be part of beach nourishment projects during the winter and/or spring. Projects are planned by individual towns and are weather dependent, therefore schedules cannot be confirmed in advance. Renourishment widens the beach, creates a safer environment for the public, and helps to protect the ecosystem of the shore. No refunds will be given.
