Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor. The space The first floor has a modern kitchen, spacious living room, large dining area, sunroom, walk-in tub as well as a walk-in shower, 1 1/2 baths, and a washer & dryer. The second floor has 2 large bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Take your coffee out to the Sunroom or sit and enjoy the electric fireplace. Take time to enjoy the whirlpool walk-in tub or all the jets in the walk-in shower. A Pack n Play and high chair are available. Guest access The home is handicap friendly with only two steps to enter. The first floor has a walk-in tub and well are a walk-in shower - all with handicap bars. Other things to note A gas grill and a fire pit will be made available upon request. Fire wood will be furnished. The house has two water heaters so hot water will never be an issue. The garage is not included as part of the house rental. The garage can also be rented. The garage is heated and air conditioned. Tables and chairs are available for small gatherings. Great place for opening gifts the day after the wedding.
