A house recently renovated with beautiful materials, on a mountainside at 1450 m altitude with a superb view of the watchtower (Atalaya in Catalan) and overlooking the peaceful, authentic village of LLO. A high altitude region between French and Spanish Catalonia, the Cerdagne has a very sunny climate, with nights that remain cool in summer thanks to the altitude. Open from June to September, the pool is surrounded by mountains, fed by rainwater and lightly heated. The space Very quiet and not overlooked, with independent access to the first floor of a house, the living space is on one floor, except for the mezzanine. Guest access The accommodation is private, including the adjoining terrace. Only the terrace around the swimming pool is shared with other Atalaya guests. Other things to note The swimming pool is secure and directly accessible from the gîte terrace. It is open from June to mid-October, is fed by rainwater and treated with salt, and the water is slightly heated. The LLO baths with their hot sulphur springs are within walking distance in both summer and winter.
