The space Quietly located in a small village of Livradois, 22 km from the ski resort of Chalmazel, 40 km from the Praboure business park and 12 km from Ambert, architect's house of 180 m2 including on the ground floor a dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar area, a large cellar with washing machine, a dryer, toilets. On the ground floor, 2 large bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom, a TV lounge with a sofa bed, a toilet. Upstairs, 2 other bedrooms including one with a children's play area, a billiard room, a second bathroom with shower. The whole allows a dozen beds. On sunny days, enjoy your meals on a very large terrace, you will be lulled by the stream located below the cottage.
