Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property has a 2 car garage and fenced back yard. The property has smart TVs, fast wifi, and a work station so you can work from home. Close to highway access. This home has plenty of amenities for a comfortable long-term stay and requires a minimum 30 night stay. The space The property is pet friendly. We allow one dog on the property by PRE-APPROVAL only. We will add an additional non-refundable $100 charge to the rent per month, and we require a refundable pet deposit of $300 provided there is no damage to the property Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in Dog should be friendly and house trained. No pee pads are allowed. Dog must be supervised by you at all time or crated if left in the house alone. Any dog that is disruptive must be removed immediately upon Owner's request. You will be charged for any damage caused by the dog You are responsible to clean up any feces from lawn, at least weekly and at checkout.
