The codes are changed for every guest. We have a ring doorbell. In the event you have any trouble accessing the door, just push the doorbell and we will be alerted. Since then, that decision has been overturned. Unfortunately there is still a push to limit short term rentals. Some of the major deciding factors revolved around visitors to the area that were disruptive to the neighbors and destructive to the area including the town, trails etc.. Before purchasing our home we rented for many years and know that the majority of our guests are like us: Families and friends looking for more space and a home away from home, a bit more than a traditional hotel can offer. With this said, we have had to add some safeguards to protect our home and our neighbors. To insure we are respectful and considerate neighbors we have installed a ring doorbell, ring camera and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a solution that measures the decibel levels to insure we are following the noise guidelines set forth in our condominium regulations. Per our rental agreement, parties are strictly prohibited. We also monitor the number of guests we have staying to insure we are adhering to maximum capacities, as well as our rental agreement. In the event any of these policies are violated, you will be notified and required to vacate the property.
