Oléron house and garden 10 min walk to the beaches

Leave your car, use only your bike to enjoy the beaches (the 1st is a 10-min walk) and bike paths of Ile d'Oléron nicknamed La Lumineuse. Detached house, single-story, very quiet area, 4 people max, free Wi-Fi, shaded garden. Bed linen and toilet not provided (rental possible) shops and daily market nearby, sunset: 10 min by bike. Taste delicious oysters, eglade (mussel specialty). We're waiting for you. The space Our renovated house will seduce you with its decoration, its enclosed outdoor space and its very quiet location, 800 m from the village, 1 km from the market and especially 10 min walk from the first beaches that make up the coastline of La Brée-Les-Bains. The house is certified 3* in furnished tourism by Charente Tourisme (ref: FR05GL15). It is not adjoining, single-storey in the center of a 360 m² plot and only accepts 4 people maximum, no pets. Fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is free. It has electric convectors. The house consists of: - a beautiful 42 m² living room with kitchen open to the living room and a table that can accommodate 6 people. - two sleeping areas each with a 140*190 cm double bed - a bathroom with washing machine - Separate WC - private space in front of the garage (the latter not accessible, reserved for our personal belongings) and two spaces on the wide sidewalk provided for this purpose in front of the house The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: 4-burner stove, electric oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric blender, fridge with freezer compartment. We provide dish towels and leave household products available (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges, floor product, white vinegar, baking soda, etc.). A vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, clothes hanger and iron complete the equipment. The living area consists of a sofa bed, coffee table, two armchairs and a 43' HD TV. Pillows and mattresses in the sleeping areas are equipped with protection. Bed and bath linens not provided, contact us for rental via an external supplier. The rooms are small, they cannot accommodate a baby bed. If it's for a couple with only one baby, contact us, we'll try to find a solution. We provide a high chair. Enjoy the shaded garden equipped with table and chairs, umbrella, Weber BBQ, two garden armchairs and two deck chairs. Note that during the summer period (July/August) the minimum duration is 7 nights. We love our vacation home and come here often. We expect tenants to respect this space: the house is non-smoking, parties are prohibited, the sound volume, inside and outside the house, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
