Want nature and absolute calm for your vacation? Ideally located in the magnificent Morvan region, 1 km from the Château de Sully, 5 minutes from Epinac (for local shops) and 15 minutes from Autun, the house is a real haven of peace where you will wake up to the crowing of the rooster and the sound of the church bell tower. It is also well positioned for bike rides as surrounded by green tracks that will make you discover Burgundy in the best way possible! The space The house is on 2 levels. There are 8 very easy steps to access the ground floor which consists of a beautiful living area with a large table for 10 people, a new fully equipped kitchen (coffee makers, fondue set, squeegee set, magimix, toaster) as well as a bathroom with toilet. The living room is equipped with TV TV with Netflix access (with your credentials). Upstairs, the sleeping area is served with a master suite (about 40 m2) with TV and shower room, a bedroom including a 180 bed, a 90 bed and a children's bed (up to 5 years old as well as an independent toilet with handwasher. The washing machine, clothes dryer, freezer as well as a 2nd fridge, two bikes (1 child, 1 adult old enough), a Weber barbecue and complete baby equipment (if necessary) are located in the cellar. Outside, there is 1 table for lunch for 8 people and 4 sunbeds to book, take a nap or chat. There is also a beautiful green space for children with swing and a pétanque court at aperitif time;-) There are many toys for children from 6 months to 10 years old, drawing activities, board games and several card games. Books are available for young and old! The bedding and towels are included in the price and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
