Two bedrooms are in the main part of the house on the garden level, the third bedroom is in an independent apartment upstairs. THE MAIN HOUSE: ------------------------------ With a living area of approximately 70 m2, it is located on the garden level and has: * TWO non-adjoining air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed 160 x 200 cm and one with three single beds 90 x 190 cm, two of which can be joined. * An OPEN KITCHEN to the terrace, and to the living room with a dining area. On the equipment side nothing is missing: SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steamer, juicer, blender to make your tropical garden juices, mixed gas and electric hob, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, electric plancha, 2 fridges, drawer freezer. * A LARGE BATHROOM in an exotic style, walk-in shower, double teak sink, washing machine, hair dryer. Many of our visitors have fallen into the atypical style of this bathroom. Linens and towels as well as bathrobes and beach towels are provided to relieve your suitcases. * A living room with 32 channels TV to watch in a comfortable corner sofa, library, board games. A dining area allows you to eat indoors, in case of heavy rain for example. * A LARGE TERRACE of 35 m2 accommodating up to 12 people at the table, and an outdoor lounge for an aperitif while the fish skewers grill on the barbecue in the adjoining garden * In the center the terrace, a PRIVATE 4-SEATER SPA, 32 jets to relax under the stars after a day of walking. Everything is accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR), except for the pool and spa that do not have a shuttering device. THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT --------------------------------- Type T2, it offers: * A THIRD INDEPENDENT BEDROOM of 18 m2, with a queen bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 90x190 cm. * A SMALL BATHROOM en-suite to the bedroom, with a shower, WC and sink. * A 20 sqm covered terrace with living room, dining area and kitchenette with a Senseo coffee maker to have your coffee without waiting for the rest of the tribe to wake up. The apartment is ideal for housing for example a couple and possibly a child independently, even if your gathering place is the main part on the floor below. HOSTS Anita and Henri also live upstairs, in a totally independent and unobstructed accommodation. AVAILABLE TO YOU ---------------------------- TO TAKE with you when you go out to the beach: Mask and snorkel fins, picnic kit, BBQ grill (no risk of fire in tropical wet climate), beach hammock, foam fries, shovel bucket and children's beach games, cooler, bodysurf board. FOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD COMFORT at home: vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, cleaning equipment and products, selective sorting and composting bins ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA ----------------------------------------- You are 5' from the entrance of the Guadeloupe National Park and its rainforest with its rivers, waterfalls and hiking trails. In about 30 minutes by car you are in Deshaies, Pointe Noire and Bouillante en Basse Terre, or Gosier, Pointe à Pitre or Morne à l 'Eau in Grande Terre. The furthest points of the island like La Soufrière or Saint François are about an hour's drive away.
