The property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please note there are 2 steps from the living area down to the garden room and The Stable. Outside, the pathway from the front gate to the front door is a little uneven due to the original brick tiles and there are 2 steps but it is well lit. There is also a step down to The Stable front door and 2 steps in the rear garden. These steps would only be an issue for someone with mobility issues. The Long Cottage is located in the quiet village of Flitcham, near the picturesque church and next to the small village primary school so the murmur of school children can sometimes be heard drifting into the garden but this merely adds to the charm of the property. The attic room is only available for bookings over 6 people.
