Layout: Ground floor; Porch/entrance hall, dining room and living room with French doors to the terrace, simple kitchen with appliances: gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, simple bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.  Two bedrooms with 1 single bed.  Outside: spacious (partially) fenced garden with wooden garden shed equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. General: The house is suitable for up to 4 people. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited. This house is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23. Pets are not allowed. A deposit is required. Please note: sheets and towels are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee. This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.  There are no facilities at Deltona park.
