You will also find a large fridge, freezer, washing machine lots of cooking utensils and appliances. Outdoor courtyard with dining table and a quirky outside toilet! Other things to note A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am. Dogs are allowed at the property for short-stay only. We charge an extra £100 pet deposit. All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100. PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £800 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £170. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
