Summer Rates range $725-$800 per night. 5-night minimum summer months of June/July/Aug and Fall/Winter/Spring Rates range $399-$650 per night. 2-night minimum fall/winter/spring months. Enjoy Sunset views from deck of Cabin on Shell Lake, Fish off dock, play in the sand, hang by the fire, have some fun in the game room, take walks, bike, relax. Lake great clarity, wonderful to swim in, large sandy beach.Near ATV/Snowmobile trails. The space We have 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe, 1 kayak, 1 paddle boat, 1 row boat for renters to use. You are welcome to dock your boat on our dock during your stay. The lower level is a game room with a Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, Shuffle Board Table, Big Buck Hunter Arcade Game, Elvis Pinball Game & Smart TV. Guest access The rental of the cabin gives you access to entire cabin, lawn, and beach. Other things to note RENTAL RULES: In accord with Ordinances of the City of Shell Lake & Owner’s Conditional Use Permit with the City, Renters agree to abide by rules & agree to personal jurisdiction of Washburn County Courts for any disputes pertaining to these rules: Maximum number of Renters per stay is 10. Children age 0-3 are welcome and are not included in the total count. No more than 4 motor vehicles are allowed to park on the premises at any time. Motorized Boats (including jet skis) are not to be launched at cabin beach, there is a public boat launch in Shell Lake. No RV's, Campers, Tents or any other supplemental sleeping accommodations are allowed on the premises. No fireworks on the property & No smoking in the cabin. For all Renters their guests, Swimming in the lake is at YOUR OWN RISK. Use of all boats, canoes, paddle boards, kayak, non-motor row boat is at YOUR OWN RISK. Renters & their guests waive any potential claims against the owners & caretakers with respect to swimming in the lake & the use of all boats, canoes, paddle boards, kayaks, non-motor fishing boat. No pets allowed unless Renters/guest have owner’s permission No fish cleaning in the cabin, a portable outside sink is provided and is stored outside under the sunroom. Quiet time outside, on the beach & on all decking is at 10pm. We don't want to disturb neighbors late in the evening. No ATV’s or other motorized vehicles on cabin beach side lawn or beach. Renters are responsible for all damage to premises including cabin & private property associated with the premises that occur during rental caused by renters or their guests. Although a few guests of Renters are allowed to visit, large parties, reunions, receptions, weddings, or other large gatherings are not allowed. Renters are responsible for all guests complying with all Rules. This agreement is not assignable & Renters may not sublet cabin. Additional Notice: The driveway & garage have cameras for video & audio monitoring & recording for security purposes. There are no cameras or monitoring in the cabin or on the lakeside of the cabin.
